Who is UPPDESIGNS and what do we do?
UPPDESIGNS offers inspirational graphic designs, quotes and more mainly on T-Shirts but also on other everyday items like mugs and tumbler that are a part of who you are.
The orders are placed fulfilled in the USA from two main vendors - Printify and Printful and then shipped to you whether in the USA or internationally.
Do I create the designs?
The designs are 100% original and cannot be found anywhere else as their main purpose is to motivate and encourage you to live your best life.
Are the designs Christian or biblical based?
Yes, the creator and owner of UPPDESIGNS is a passionate believer in Jesus Christ and it is because of her faith that she is able to create these designs to inspire you. The genesis of this store is also from the owner's Christian blog -@Redeemedja
How soon can you get your orders?
All order fulfillment and shipping are handled by our print on demand service providers Printify and Printful (click on Printful for more details). Exclusively all orders are fulfilled on demand once the order is placed. COVID-19 delays will result in delayed shipment.
Depending on several factors like location, and the size of your item, production turnaround varies between Print Providers. Most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date in Printify. However, due to the restrictions caused by COVID-19, the shipping time will be extended. Please bear with us during this time as safety is key.
What’s your return policy?
If you wish to return an item, please let us know by contacting us at email@example.com within 10 business days so that the issue can be addressed.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
For lost orders over $150 with no tracking information available, no refunds will be provided.
Full refunds are also processed for items once the return is confirmed.
Manual Orders in Jamaica Only
If you are shopping from Jamaica and you do not have a US shipping account, then a manual order can be processed for you after making payments here. The local delivery may incur additional charges depending on option used (pickup or post office delivery).
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know via email at email@example.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Where can I find tracking for my order?
If you experience any difficulties with tracking details for your orders from Printify or Printful then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your exchange rate?
All order are placed in USD and the exchange rate will be determined by your bank along with any other applicable fees.
Can I place custom orders?
Yes, we create custom order for original quotes that you want designed on your T-shirt, tumbler or other products sold on Uppdesigns.
Are all orders placed in USD?
Yes, all orders will be placed in USD; however, you are able to see prices based on the currency in your country when you browse the store.
Will I be supporting charities and community building if I buy from this store?
One of my major goals for entrepreneurship is to give back as best as I possibly can as this is a part of my philanthropic pursuits.
